Dalek Attack (Mega65) By Prince / Phaze101

I was testing the C64Studio to see how it will handle the Mega 65 BASIC.

While doing so I ended up writing this simple game since at that the same time Retro Programmers Inside (RPI) who I am one of the founders was running a Dalek challenge.

So I thought what better than to do such a Basic Game for the Mega65. 

You can add more things to the game. In fact there are char definitions for more things to be added if one wants to experiment. 

Gameplay

Avoid the Daleks and make them crash into each other. Teleport to escape but it doesn't mean it is a safe teleport. You can end up on a Dalek. 

Maximum Daleks is 50 but you get a random amount between 20 to 50. 

Kill them all to get another try or game ends if you die. 

Controls:

• Use Keyboard
  • W  - UP
  • A - Left
  • S - Down
  • D - Right
  • T - Teleport

Installation / Running the Program

• Drag and Drop the game on a Xemu the Mega 65 Emulator

Suggested enhancement

• Add the ability to drop a limit amount of Bombs.
• Make the Teleports limited.
• Add a Score.
• Add more lives.
• Improve the GFX.
• Add Sound.
